At Riot Noir, luxury isn’t mass produced. It’s reserved.

Our raw extensions are reserved and prepared specifically for your order through our carefully selected Southeast Asian and Indian sourcing partners.

Once your reservation is placed, your order enters our fulfillment process, where your selected origin, texture, and lengths are secured and prepared before making their way to Riot Noir for final quality inspection.

This intentional process allows us to remain selective about the hair we offer while delivering the quality, integrity, and experience expected from Riot Noir.

Your reservation is more than an order. It’s your entry into the Riot Noir experience.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY RESERVATION?

Good hair is worth the wait. Riot Noir is worth the reservation.

Because each order is reserved specifically for you, please allow approximately 10–14 business days for processing and preparation.

Once your extensions arrive at Riot Noir, they undergo a final quality inspection before being carefully prepared for delivery to you.

U.S. shipping typically takes an additional 2–5 business days.

Please anticipate approximately 2–3 weeks from the date your reservation is placed to receive your hair.

Once your Riot Noir has passed inspection and is on its way to you, tracking information will be sent via email.

For time-sensitive installs, we strongly recommend reserving your hair at least 3 weeks before your appointment.

The wait is temporary. The investment is yours to keep.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the nature of raw hair and for sanitary reasons, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or you received the wrong order. If you have an issue, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package.
How should I care for my Riot Noir extensions?

RIOT NOIR HAIR CARE

Raw hair is an investment and proper care protects it.

With the right maintenance, your Riot Noir extensions can be washed, styled, and reinstalled while maintaining their softness, movement, and natural beauty.

THE FOUNDATION — ALL TEXTURES

• Co-wash your bundles before your first installation.
• Use moisturizing, sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner.
• Always detangle gently, working from the ends upward toward the weft.
• Minimize excessive heat and always use a heat protectant when heat styling.
• Air-dry whenever possible.
• Sleep with your hair wrapped in silk or satin to minimize friction and tangling.
• When not installed, store extensions clean, completely dry, and flat or on a hanger/wig stand.
• Avoid heavy product buildup - less is more with raw hair!

STRAIGHT + NATURAL WAVE

• Use a heat protectant before styling.
• Keep oils and serums lightweight and use sparingly, especially near the weft.
• Wrap at night to maintain smoothness and minimize tangling.
• Natural Wave will revert to its soft wave pattern after washing.

CURLY

• Hydration is essential. Refresh with water, leave-in conditioner, curl cream, or mousse as needed.
• Detangle only when damp or wet, using your fingers or a Denman brush.
• Work in sections and detangle from the ends upward.
• Allow curls to air-dry whenever possible to preserve definition.
• Define for a polished curl or gently separate and fluff for more volume.

Treat your extensions like the luxury investment they are. Gentle handling, moisture, and minimal product buildup will keep your Riot Noir looking its best.
How do I apply for a free wig as a cancer patient or survivor?

Please refer to our "Halo by Riot Noir" section for full details. You must leave a note at checkout to begin the verification process. Wig-making is free for eligible applicants when bundles are purchased.
