How long does processing & shipping take?
All orders require up to 5 business days for processing. Once processed, shipping typically takes 2–5 business days (U.S. only). You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the nature of raw hair and for sanitary reasons, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or you received the wrong order. If you have an issue, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your package.
How should I care for my Riot Noir extensions?
We source raw, unprocessed hair which means proper care = long-lasting beauty.
Here’s how to treat your texture right:
🖤 For All Textures:
• Always co-wash your bundles before installing
• Use sulfate-free, moisturizing shampoo + conditioner
• Air dry when possible & store hair flat or on a hanger/wig stand
✨ Straight & Body Wave:
• Use a heat protectant when styling
• Avoid excessive oil-based serums near the weft
• Lightly wrap or silk press to maintain shape
💧 Curly (Signature Texture):
• Hydrate often — curl cream, leave-in, or water mist
• Detangle gently with fingers or a Denman brush
• Define or fluff depending on your vibe
How do I apply for a free wig as a cancer patient or survivor?
Please refer to our About Us section for full details. You must leave a note at checkout to begin the verification process. Wig-making is free for eligible applicants when bundles are purchased.
